2027 Event Registrations OPEN

2026 Event Registration Opens January 7 at 10:00 AM MST!

Registration for 2027 chapter events opens January 7 at 10:00 AM MST for everyone, whether you’re attending as a sponsor or registering without a sponsorship.

Registration is first come, first served. Once an event sells out, registration is closed. In previous years, events have sold out within the first 20 minutes of registration opening, so being prepared is essential!

Here’s how to get ready:

• Plan ahead: Review the event schedule and decide which events you want to attend.
• Be ready to register: Have your selections finalized before registration opens at 10:00 AM MST.
• Mark your calendar: Be online and ready to register right when registration opens.
• Arrange for backup if needed: If you’re unavailable at 10:00 AM MST on January 7, make arrangements for someone else to register on your behalf.

Please note: Pre-registration is not permitted. All registrations must be submitted once registration officially opens.

With limited availability and events often selling out quickly, preparation is key. Know what you want, be ready at 10:00 AM MST, and don’t wait to register!
