Get the most out of  your CAI-RMC experience by volunteering!  Volunteering on a committee is a great way to meet new people, to get involved, to make a difference and to excel in the industry. 


Activities

This group is responsible for the overall management, location selection, sponsor recruitment and planning for a successful Annual Golf Tournament, bowling tournament, clay shoot and Topgolf event for the chapter.

Editorial

The editorial committee oversees the articles, content and editorial calendar for the Chapter’s bi-monthly magazine, Common Interests. This committee is also responsible for posting content to online platforms.

Homeowner Leadership

Provides an active, effective and supportive organization of Community Association Volunteer Leaders. The committee organizes and executes the Board Leadership Development Program available to homeowner leaders.

Mountain Conference 

This committee structures the annual Mountain Conference and Trade Show. This consists of recruiting sponsors, scheduling the speakers and promoting the event, which is primarily for managers in the mountain communities.

Nominating

Annually establishes a slate of nominees for the chapter board of directors. Members of this committee are defined by the Chapter by-laws and it is chaired by the immediate past-president.

Spring Conference

Colorado Legislative Action (CLAC) 

CLAC represents the chapters interests and is responsible for identifying legislative issues of importance to common interest communities in the specific jurisdiction of the committee. This includes local, regional, statewide and federal legislation. CLAC also monitors legislation to help the Chapter set specific issue priorities.
