2027 Sponsorship & Advertising Forms Due November 12 at 10:00 AM MST - No Early Submissions

The time to plan your 2027 chapter involvement is almost here! Sponsorship and advertising forms for Rocky Mountain Chapter events and publications will be accepted beginning November 12 at 10:00 AM MST sharp. No sooner.

The 2027 Sponsorship & Advertising Guide will be distributed via email on October 20. Please review the guide in its entirety before submitting your forms, as it contains essential information about available opportunities, pricing, specifications, deadlines, and applicable limitations or requirements.

All sponsorships and advertising opportunities are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, in the order submissions are received. Availability is limited, and opportunities can sell out quickly. Being prepared is key!

How to Get Ready

• Plan ahead: Review the sponsorship and advertising guide and decide which sponsorships and advertising opportunities you want to secure.
• Finalize your selections: Complete your forms in advance so they’re ready to send when submissions open.
• Mark your calendar: Be ready to email your completed forms at 10:00 AM MST on November 12 to bridget@cai-rmc.org.
• Have a backup plan: If you’re unavailable at the designated time, arrange for someone else to submit your forms on your behalf.

• No early submissions. Forms received before 10:00 AM MST on November 12 will not be accepted.
• First come, first served. Opportunities are secured in the order submissions are received, and availability is not guaranteed.
• No last minute planning. Review the guide, make your selections, and complete your forms ahead of time.
