Community Association Workshop

Join the Conversation!

CAI invites all members to take part in our free, one-hour workshops -interactive sessions designed to spark discussion, share ideas, and dive into topics that matter most to community associations.

These informal gatherings are a great way to learn, connect, and exchange insights with fellow members in a relaxed setting.

Have a topic you’re passionate about or an issue you’d love to see explored? We want to hear from you! Our workshops are held every other month, and we’re always looking for fresh ideas.

Email the chapter to suggest a topic or learn more about upcoming sessions: email.

February Topic: Saving your Association $$ Bills Y’all

Did you know your municipality may offer grant and rebate programs that can directly benefit your Association? That means potential cost savings and funding for projects that make a real difference.

Join us to discover how to locate these opportunities, navigate the application process, and maximize available resources. You’ll also hear from a Board President who successfully secured funding and will share insights on how their Association turned opportunity into meaningful improvements.

Presenters > Gail Kopeschka - Peachtree HOA Board President; supported by Manager Isaiah Vigil - Goodwin & Co.; Berenice El Gharamti – Denver CASR Rebates; Kevin Hooley – Clearesult Xcel Energy Rebates
