Kelly G. Richardson is co-founder of Richardson|Ober, LLP law firm in Southern California and a fellow in CAI’s College of Community Association Lawyers. He is a well-respected litigator, a licensed real estate broker, a member of the California Association of Realtors, and a CAI past president.
Jessica Towles, CMCA, AMS, PCAM is the Vice President of Community Operations with CCMC. Jessica is also a member of CAI’s national faculty and the current president of the CAI Board of Trustees.
