Peak 2 - Financials
To reach the peak of your career, you'll need to know the basics. CAI-RMC offers this class for free. This class offers all the financial basics you'll need to know for your entry into community management. This class is designed for homeowner HOA board member, community managers, and those that are involved in financial aspects as it relates to HOAs.
Speakers: To Be Determined
Topics include: Fiduciary duty, accounting terms/definitions/methods, budgeting, financial reports/records, and reserves.
Approved for 3 (three) continuing education credits through CAMICB.
In order to receive credits, you must have your video on for the duration of the program. If you do not have video, or can't be on video, no credit will be given.
