Session A
Learn about wildfire risk and mitigation from arborists and wildland firefighters. Our speakers will describe the changes required at the homeowner, community, and government levels to mitigate risk and deal with wildland fires occurring more frequently in our state.
Session B
Understand how wildfire ratings & building code updates are changing the world of construction. What impact will these ratings have on the systems and products that can be installed. Dive deeper into how local governments are implementing changes to building approval due to wildfire ratings.
Session C
Throughout the country record high insurance premiums are creating financial hardships for condo/townhome communities and homeowners. This course is intended to identify variables within the condo/townhome associations’ control to improve their insurability and become a more desirable risk for the insurance carriers/underwriters. We'll start with identifying the steps to provide immediate premium relief and then transitioning into long term planning by establishing unique policies and procedures that will protect condo/townhome associations’ future insurability and rate structure.
