These hour long free workshops are offered to all members of CAI.  The workshops are designed to accommodate informal discussions related to a specific subject matter that's relevant to community associations.

It’s budget season and associations and managers all over the state are working hard to anticipate next year’s costs. However, even after all that planning, most associations will, at some point, face BUDGET BUSTERS. Whether it's skyrocketing insurance premiums, increased snow removal needs, or rising costs for landscaping or aging irrigation systems, it may feel like you need to be a fortune teller to build an accurate budget.

Our expert panel can give you some tools to better anticipate common big expenses and discuss how to handle them when they do occur. Bring your questions and your crazy stories to a discussion about all things busting budgets on October 31, 2023.
