Summary: We'll explore the importance of building codes in understanding maintenance obligations and actual construction of communities. We will also discuss why every board should 1) know what it is responsible for maintaining; 2) have a plan for such maintenance and 3) appropriately inspect all components to ensure proper maintenance.

Summary: We will discuss the reasons associations face financial hardship and how that effects them from an insurance and legal standpoint. The ways for the association to move forward and get back on track. The importance of protecting the associations funds. We will go over the new lender questionnaire that is direct effect from Surfside and the rising concern from lenders.
